At Michelle Butler Designs, each piece is handcrafted with care and is truly one of a kind. Due to the unique nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at michellebutlerdesigns@hotmail.com if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

In these rare cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please provide photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to help us evaluate and address the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

As all our creations are one of a kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including on custom orders, sale items, or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as per EU regulations. Please note, this policy applies only to unused, undamaged items in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
