General Domestic Shipping
Shipping within the contiguous United States is included in all pricing. Orders with in-stock items will ship within 24 hours of the order being placed, excluding weekends. If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us at info@michellebutlerdesigns.com for special shipping rates. No additional shipping charges apply for standard shipping in the contiguous United States.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure delivery by Christmas, Ready to Ship orders must be placed by December 16th. Custom Orders must be placed by December 1st.

Domestic & Expedited Shipping Costs
We offer expedited shipping for custom orders upon request. Rush charges range from $20 to $100, depending on the item. For details or to request expedited shipping, please contact us at info@michellebutlerdesigns.com.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for custom orders only. Delivery times and fees depend on the specific item and customer request.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original boxes and packaging, and email photos of the damaged items to info@michellebutlerdesigns.com to initiate a claim.
